YOUR TASKS
  • Independent management of a station and a team
  • Varied deployments on stations in cold and hot cuisine
  • Substituting for the chef de cuisine
  • Quality assurance and control
  • Observing HACCP guidelines
    YOUR SKILLS
    • Experience in à la carte or banquet dining
    • Independent working skills
    • Good German and/or English language skills
